Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
- Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery
- Click & Collect: Free collection from selected partner locations
All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.
Delivery Costs
Our delivery costs are simple and transparent:
- Standard Delivery: £3.95
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50
- Express Delivery: £6.95
- Next Day Delivery: £9.95
- Click & Collect: Free
UK Delivery
We deliver to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isles of Scilly. Please allow extra time for deliveries to these areas.
International Delivery
We currently deliver to the following international destinations:
- European Union countries
- United States
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand
International delivery costs and times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly on coastalcolorful.com or using the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with your delivery:
- First check your tracking information
- Contact the delivery carrier directly
- If unresolved, contact us through coastalcolorful.com
Please allow 24 hours after the expected delivery date before reporting missing packages.
Signature Required
For security purposes, all orders over £150 require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection or rearrangement.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time. Some express services may not be available in all locations.
Parcel Collection
You can choose to have your order delivered to a nearby collection point. Available locations will be shown during the checkout process.
Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately through coastalcolorful.com if you need to change your delivery address.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail, packages will be returned to the nearest post office for collection. Items unclaimed after 10 working days will be returned to us and a restocking fee may apply.
International Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges.
Delivery Timeframes
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages if they come from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Weekend Delivery
We do not offer weekend delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be processed on the next working day.
Holiday Periods
During holiday periods, please allow additional time for order processing and delivery. Specific holiday cut-off dates will be announced on coastalcolorful.com.
